Our most popular post for September was an article on Vintage Tea Cups and Saucers. So here it is again in case you missed it with just a little bit more information on Vintage Tea Cups and Saucers.
We love our vintage and antique teacups and saucers at #thevillagekitchen and there are lots of sites online where you can buy them from including Cake Stand Heaven, Ebay, Amazon, Etsy and lots of other sites as well as finding them at your local car boot or antique fair.
They are extremely collectable and can fetch a profit for you at auction. You can also hire them for an event or afternoon tea that you are holding from Jolly Vintage Tea Party, Rosie Lee Vintage Teacup Hire, and Hire Vintage Teasets. If you already have a number then you could even rent your own out as the list on Google is for all over the UK.
You can buy job lots on Etsy like this 50 mismatched damaged vintage teacups. They are all damaged in some way. Each cup has some sort of defects. But they would make great cups for candles for Christmas.
Pinterest has some great tutorials on how to make vintage teacup candles, or simply follow this infographic.
Or you could even use your own vintage teacups and saucers as a cake stand like this great image from Good Housekeeping.
