9 REASONS TO READ THROUGH THE VILLAGE KITCHEN POSTS FOR APRIL…

Life has been getting a little bit back to normal for us during April and it was amazing to have our regulars and new customers back at The Village Kitchen. Here are some of our posts we wrote during April.

Happy Easter – Easter was strange again with us all taking it at home and enjoying our Easter eggs but we could see a tiny light at the end of the dark tunnel coming up on the horizon.

We wrote a post on all we had done in March.

We posted an infographic on the different types of fruit and vegetables to enjoy during March.

We love our quotes and wrote a Tea and Coffee quote.

National Asparagus Day was on the 23rd April for any asparagus lovers.

Earth Day was on the 21st March and a day for us all to think about our eating habits.

Another post was about baking and 10 Tips on Baking a Better Cake.

We wrote an unusual post all about Ways to use Tea which included “Place a teabag in the pan and fill it with hot water. Allow it to soak overnight, and the tannins in the tea will help loosen anything stuck in the bottom of your pan.”

We were overwhelmed with some of your Reviews on Google. In fact they totally made March a special month to remember.

Now we are more outside and with life getting even more back to normal on the 17th May. All we really want is dry enough weather so that you can enjoy outside dining. We have this covered and have a large outside eating area for you to all enjoy some delicious cooking.

There are a few food awareness days we plan to cover in May which include Dementia UK’s Time for a Cuppa, National Vegetarian Week, World’s Healthiest Afternoon Tea Week, and National Biscuit Day so make sure you keep checking our blog.
