1.Beta Carotene

A yellow/orange, carotenoid pigment found in various fruit and vegetables including oranges, carrots, tomatoes and peaches. It acts as an antioxidant and provides a source of Vitamin A and is beneficial against heart disease.


Another great food to help maintain a healthy heart and circulation. It has antioxidant, antiseptic, antibacterial and antiviral properties.


Lycopene is a carotenoid that is best known as the red pigment in tomatoes. It makes up at least 50% if all carotenoids found in the human body. It is beneficial against coronary heart disease.

4.Omega 7

Omega 7 is an unsaturated fatty acid found in certain oils such as olive oil. It can help to maintain healthy cholesterol and blood sugar levels.

5.Sage Extract

Sage can be found growing in many gardens and has a long history of use as a herbal supplement. It helps with hot flushes and night sweats.


The root has been used for centuries as a spice and also available as a tea. It is used to help a number of digestive problems and to reduce joint inflammation.

7.Vitamin C

A 225ml glass of freshly squeezed orange juice supplies 124mg of Vitamin C. It is an important dietary antioxidant and helps boost immunity against viral infections.
