Lee Mulligan – Bit of a hidden gem this one!! I just happened to be riding through Edwinstowe when I saw a sign saying “cafe” near to the village hall, so figured I’d pop in as I was parched by this time!

The cafe is tucked away in a courtyard, and a rather nice courtyard it is too might I add!!, I decided to have a latte and a slice of cake – saw a courgette and avocado cake which I’d not seen before so figured it worth a try!! Glad I did as it was delicious!

Certainly somewhere I will be visiting again when passing through Edwinstowe or the nearby trails/bridleways on the bike.
