Our supplier of the month for May is the Sauce Shop.

The Sauce Shop is a local small start-up brand from Nottingham on a mission to bring better sauces to the nation. At The Village Kitchen, we try to buy produce from local companies and the Sauce Shop award-winning sauces are extremely popular.

After starting out nearly 4 years ago in Pam and James’ kitchen the team of two are now a team of 5! They supply over 300 shops nationwide including Harrods, Harvey Nichols and Whole Foods Market. Their sauces have made their way across Europe, to the Middle East and even Hong Kong. They have even picked up 6 Great Taste Awards along the way.
Craft sauce means no corner-cutting. No thickeners, stabilisers or added water. Just great quality ingredients and a whole lot of flavour.
