TIPS ON USING PARMESAN IN YOUR COOKING…

Don’t throw away your Parmesan rind, instead place it in a jar and cover with olive oil.

After a couple of weeks you will have a delicious flavoured oil to put on your pasta or salad dishes.

You can also use them for flavour by throwing them into soups and stews.

Or, simmer them in broth or sauce, and watch as they infuse your dish with their rich flavor.

You can also chop them up, add them to risotto or pasta dishes, or even grill them and use them as a topping for salads or pizzas.

You can even freeze the broth in ice cube trays and use it as a quick flavor booster for all your cooking needs.
